Coming in the evening. Staying at All Star Music. It seems too much trouble to go to Disney Spring for such a short time. What can we do at All Star Music (or close by)? Dependable to WDW transportation. What are options?

What time in the evening, and when? Jan, July, Dec? (makes a difference on when it gets dark, and when parks close, what events and festivals are going on, etc.) If you have the time and energy, you could hop on a bus to MK, walk over to Contemporary and tour it, hop on monorail to Poly, tour it, and have a Dole Whip there, hop back on monorail to Grand Floridian, tour it & watch fireworks from there, good view outside of Gasparilla Grill. Then boat back to MK, and get bus back to AsMu. It would be a lovely evening, and cheap. You get to see 3 deluxe resorts and enjoy the monorail and deluxe resort boat as well.
If you are expecting to be tired or have little ones you want to get to bed, and want to have a low-key evening at AsMu, I don/t know if they have any evening activities. There might be a movie by the pool, but I don't know. There is a site with resort activity listings, but I can't remember. Kenny the Pirate has them. I don't know who else.

It would be either January 18/19. So too cold for the pool. Haven't booked flight yet. Trying to wait for a better price. Last minute trip. Looks like arriving either 8, 10 or 11. The later times lead to just going to bed. But if we get there earlier, would like to do something. Just worried about the last bus back to resort. I like your idea.

Things close down early in January. Maybe just walk around AsMu, enjoy the beauty of the resort. Get a Mickey bar from the food court, and walk down to the rose garden and eat it there. Then stroll through the Broadway section and sing a song from Beauty & the Beast or Lion King. (you are performing on Broadway) Check out the Laundry by the piano pool, so you will know when/if you need it. Stop in the Calypso section by the Calypso pool, and do a samba, or sing Gloria Estefan song while dancing and enjoying your first magical evening at WDW. You could stroll over to AsMovies, and walk around and enjoy it, and Sports too. Maybe get a special WDW themed treat for back in the room or the morning. I like the Rice Krispy treats. I know it is rediculous to pay $5 just because it is Mickey head shape. The Mickey ice cream bars are really good though, and rich enough to share. Have a wonderful, lovely evening, destress from the travel, and relax and enjoy.

If it is the 19th,Music just started having Live Music on Friday nights!:)
