ASMo to BWV

We are checking in to ASMo next Wed before checking in BWV on the 31st. Our dining plan starts on the 31st. My question is..Is there another way to get the dining plan activated without having to go over to BWV to check-in? If not,is there another way to get to BWV to check-in before the parks open other than a cab?

If you want to be able to use your dining credits, you will have to check in at BWV.

Without taking a cab, the best you could do would be take a bus to DHS, then walk or boat over to BWV. Without your luggage or carryons.
