ASMo to Boardwalk

We are eating at Spoodles and staying at ASMo. Is there a direct bus to take us from ASMo to the Boardwalk and back to our hotel?? If not, what way would you recommend going? Thanks!

No direct buses between resorts.

Your best bet would be to get a bus to MGM. Once you get off of the bus just bear to your right outside the entrance to MGM. There is a ferry boat that runs every 20 minutes. It will take you the Boardwalk. Very nice ride too!

One thing to be careful about is if you have late reservations at Spoodles. MGM might close and there will be no more buses running (nor ferry boat). In that case you would have to enter EPCOT to catch a bus. That would require a park pass.

If you did not want to enter EPCOT you would have to catch a bus at the Boardwalk to Downtown Disney. From DD you could then return to your resort.

Buses do not run from resort to resort directly. You can take a bus from ASM to another location and then get the Boardwalk bus from there. I would suggest taking the ASM bus to Downtown Disney or Animal Kingdom (which you would then transfer to the Boardwalk bus) or MGM (which you would then transfer to the boat)...it all depends on if the parks are open when you are coming and going, the DTD bus is always a good option. You can not get to Boardwalk easily using the Epcot bus from ASM (you would have to walk through the park and out the back) and going to MK to come all the way back seems silly to me. If you do choose the Disney transporation option allot yourself about an hour. It usually won't take that long, but you don't want to be rushed.

Your other option would be a taxi.

Indeed, there are no direct busses.

You coud take a taxi. That would be the most direct way.

Using WDW transpo, you could go ASMo to MGM, then walk (@ 15 minutes) or boat (may be a bit shorter than that if a boat is at the dock, and you get off early at the S/D and walk over).

You also could bus to DTD or AK, and bounce to a BW bus from there.
(Don't bus to EPCOT, b/c no BW busses there, so you'd have to walk through Epcot, and then out the back gate).
