ASM - Why can't I choose Fantasia?

Hello guys!

I have a reservation in February for All Star Movies (preferred room) and I made the online check-in but it don't let me choose fantasia building, it don't even appear on the list.
I sent an email to Disney and they told me I can only try on the phone but can't call a number outside my country so... is there other way?

No. Removed from online check in requests. The online request list is very streamlined.

The only way to add the request is to call.
