We are having a hard time determining if we should stay in CSR or All-Star Music. Our main concern is crowds at the resort and long waits for transportation. Right now we have a king room at CSR with the Deluxe DDP (upgraded from the Free DDP that was released today). We are two adults - so no kids. Any opinions either way, friends? Thank you:)

Without a shadow of a doubt, stick with CSR. Gorgeous resort, and they have the best bus transportation i've ever experienced. Never had to wait long OR stand (not even after wishes at MK). Incredible right?

I love all the values....but AS Music is my very least fave. I just dont like that resort at all. It looks more run down for some reason...and i dont like the layout of the resort. Music seems more narrow (making the walk back to the room seem longer) than the other resorts.

Couldn't agree more, especially for an adult-only trip.

Thank you all! CSR it is! I never realized it was so well loved. We normally stay in POFQ, but since the Free DP wasn't offered, we figured we'd try something new. Excited to try this new resort. :)

CSR!!! ::yes::

I would stay put where the bus system is very good without long lines, where there are multiple dining options should you want to eat at resort since you have Deluxe DDP, being a convention resort you will find it feels less crowded since those folks are working and the resort is very adult oriented.

Personal input: CSR has been our favorite moderate (deluxe of moderates) and ASMu is our least favorite value.

Definitely CSR! It's a gorgeous, romantic resort, and it feels a lot more upscale than other moderates. Pepper Market is excellent, and it's so nice to have the option to eat outside by the lake. We always had great experiences with the bus transportation. After staying at POFQ, we were a little intimidated by the size, but we stayed in Cabanas 8B, and it was extremely convenient to El Centro, the pool, and a bus stop. We adored CSR, and would recommend it to anyone!

There's a definite segment of DISers who don't care for CSR. It usually breaks down to it being a convention center and/or theming. Personally, the convention guests don't detract from my experience, and I like the theming--it's not big, in-your-face-with-Mickey theming, or kitschy stuff like you might find at Pop (also one of my favorites). But the southwestern theming is very beautiful and relaxing to me.

CSR was actually my favorite resort we have stayed at so far! Yes, I liked it better than BC or BWV. I would pick CSR hands down!

AS Music is a Value. It's a nice resort and I had no issues with long waits for transportation or shared buses at AS Music when I stayed in September. ymmv though and horror transportation stories exist for all the resorts. I didn't have issues with resort crowding, but I was only there to sleep. I know the food courts do get very busy during peak meal hours. And certainly feel busier with the bright, busy theming. I loved the pretty courtyard in the middle and overall enjoyed AS Music.

CSR is a mod and a MUCH prettier, more lush looking resort. And of course, more expensive.

Depends on what vacay you want :)

You'll enjoy CSR, it also has a sit-down restaurant in addition to Pepper Market. I don't need the over-the-top theming and the pool area is great.
