Taking a trip in the fall (yea!) Our first that we are staying on Disney Property (also yea!) We're staying at ASM. I decided to upgrade to the "preferred" rooms. I know there's no room diff, just location, but my ds is 2 1/2 and he LOVES Toy Story, and the are all preferred rooms. Also, I thought closer might be better since the DH and I will probably be shifting off heading to the food court, etc. at night when DS sleeps.

Good choice, or should I switch back to standard? Any tips from those who have been?

Thanks in advance.

Also, I'm new. How do I get one of those cool trip countdowns?

I would book a preferred location at ASMo and request Toy section .

If you pay for preferred you will be in the Toy Story, Fantasia or 101 Dalmatian section.

The Fantasia buildings are right next to the Toy Story buildings and the 101 Dalmatian are directly across from the Toy Story section so your little one will be able able to see his favorite characters when he comes and goes from the preferred room no matter which section you end up getting.

I always book a preferred section when I stay at the All Stars.
I like knowing my room will be close to the main pool, food court and bus stop.

Have fun at Disney!:wizard:
