asking for address when making ADR

I made a routine ADR today and the CM asked for my (home) address. This seemed strange to me because I've called SO many times and have never once been asked for my address - just my phone number. Anybody know what that's about???

It sounds like another way to prevent people from double booking ADR's.
Or a way to help with common last names.

I have a very common last name and when i called today to check all my ADR's for my trip in 2 weeks they asked for my phone# since there are so many people with my first and last name. It took me a few tries since some were under my home and some under my cell #. If I had my address attached to all ADR's it would have been a lot easier to find them today.
