asking about codes

today was my 3rd time calling . I have them give me a quaote then see if there are any others discounts i qualify for like a code or pin. The 1st Cm (male)right away said no without even checking. The 2nd Cm (female) was very nice and offered to check on her own . DH had a code but not for our dates. The 3rd Cm today (male) seemed bored and after i asked twice and i told him the last time i called i had one but not for our dates, then he checked.

1. do i just aske them straight out at the start of the call?

2. when is the best time to call and get one in a better mood? I'm in CA so i call about 2pm-3pm my time.

3. Anyone have an ext to a good happy CM or Cm's are just random?

PS when i asked for the quoate he asked for my info names of party, ages etc, they didnt do that last time just how many in the party. BTW- the background sounded really quiet, is the call center in wdw or at home call centers?

There are no home call centers. The pin code appears on the reservation booking screen so the first gentleman you spoke to was probably looking right at the screen when you asked him and said "no" right away when he didnt see a code.
