Askerhus for breakfast

We have a breakfast adr for 815 am at the Askerhus and have a question. Do we need to allot extra time to walk to Norway or do they let you in the back from the international gateway to get to our adr? We aren't the fastest of walkers and unless they put you in a golf cart from the front gate it would be alot easier to come in the back way. Anyone have some experienced information? thanks in advance.

We did it several years ago and it was a long walk from the regular front entrance. I didn't even know there was a back entrance....

We haven't entered from the back entrance (ask a CM at your hotel or see if someone with Disney's Dining Reservation system might know), but it's a pretty long walk across the lake area over to Norway. Either way, I'd give yourself 10-20 minutes, maybe more.

Just this past December we stayed at BC and used the International Gateway a lot, one morning we did have a breakfast ressie at Norway (8:05am). Even entering through the back way, there is still a lot of walking to do because you enter in on the opposite side of where Norway is situated on the lagoon. I would definately give yourselves at least 10-15 minutes to walk it, maybe 20 if you walk really slow (we are fast walking people from Chicago so we did it within the 10-15 minute range). Also, if you're ressie is before park opening, the CMs will let you in after a certain time, just make sure you have your Conf. # handy.
