Well, I waited in line to ask Host Hula a question. I got in the chair, and I got disconnected.
I logged back on, got back up to the front of the line, and asked again.
I had found all hidden mickeys, but I never got the PDF to come up that I could print. She told me to write the Contact Us. I told her I did twice already, and got no response either time. She said to keep trying, and there was nothing she could do to help.
What should I do? Should I start writing to the black hole daily? My friend just went to WDW this week and was going to take it for me to redeem it for me.
How long does it take to get a response? Will I ever get one? Even if it is a "tough luck"?
