I've been calling for a few days trying to upgrade our stay in May from AKL to the CR. Well, they keep saying there are NO AP-rooms at CR for those dates, maybe a convention, etc. So I decided to try for Poly garden view. CRO had given me that option all weekend while I was trying to get CR.
So I called this morning and was told there was no Poly garden view available. I tried again an hour later, thinking maybe on a Monday morning I was a bit too early.
Again the CM read me the available room views that didn't include garden view. I asked specifically, "so there's no garden view available at the passholder rate" - she said just a second, and yes, she pulled it up, it was available. I asked whey that was, and she told me the screens they get pull up a few of the views available, but not all, even if there are others available, and they have to go to a different screen to find the rest of them. Just wanted to remind everyone to double and triple-check when you call!
