AS Suites vs POR

I'm looking for someone who can compare the All Star Suites to POR. We are going as a group of 6 (3 adults 3 kids) in May, and right now we have an All-Star Suite booked. But one of us is really not a Value resort type of girl. She has been looking at 2 rooms at POR, which would cost about $500 more over 5 nights than the suite does.

So I am wondering if it would be money well spent. I have stayed at POR 3 times, and I love it! But I think the All-Star Suite would be nice too. You don't have to worry about not having connecting rooms (which would be a problem), plus you have a microwave too. We are also planning on being rather commando on this trip, as we will only have 4 full days in the parks.

What do you think? Should we keep the All Star Suite or upgrade? Is there something else I am missing that would sway you one way or the other?

I myself would stick to the suite. While I loved POR, I think the little kitchen area in the suite would be really handy. And you're right, you wouldn't have to worry about the connecting rooms. I'm hoping to try the suites soon.
