AS Sports Discounts during construction?

Will Disney offer any significant discounts to AS Sports when they begin the remodel of the food court?

I can't think of any reason to stay there unless there were some huge discounts.

Disney has done many refurbs at resorts - rooms, pools and food courts. I have never heard of them offering any sort of discount as a result.

When is the construction going on?

I think August through most of December if I am not mistaken.

I can understand if they are doing construction on 1 building at a time but shutting down the food court and then having to shuttle guests over to one of the other All Star resorts if they want food is just crazy. If that were the case, why not just stay at AS Music or Movies? Same price.

Just a thought. AS Sports is one of my favorites but I wouldn't stay there this year because of that. I would probably move over to Pop.
