AS Sports Adjoining Rooms

I am getting ready to book a 5 night stay at AS Sports for January. With 4 adults and a child, we are booking two rooms. Are there rooms that have an inside door between the two rooms at AS Sports?

Yes I know there are such rooms, because I just checked out of one today that had a connecting door. It was on the first floor of Surf's Up, building #6, and it was a King bed.

adjoining rooms with king beds, not sure if they have adjoining with doubles though. As well, the adjoining we had was an accessible room (no tub, roll in shower) so if you do or don't need, make sure you request yes, need it, or no you don't.

I had two adjoining rooms in Surf's Up second floor building 1. Both rooms had two double beds. There was a door between the two rooms that we could open/lock and pass thru without going outside.

You want to ask for connecting rooms, not adjoining. Adjoining just means next to each other, not necessarily including the inside door.

Make sure you get your terminology correct as they are two completely different things to Disney.

"Connecting" means you want two rooms next to each other with an interior door between the two. "Adjoining" means you want rooms that are next to or near each other but have no entrance other than the exterior corridor door.

The king bed room that I just had with a connecting door did have a tub by the way, not just a roll in shower.

Yes you can get adjoining rooms. We went in August of this year and got 3 rooms, two which were adjoining. Nice size rooms too. Your kids should love the place - great food court, especially for younger ones - not expensive and no long table service. It was BUSY when we were there and there were always tables.
