As a single person, what size bed do you have?

I'm wondering if a full size mattress is good for a single person?

Well, I've got a queen size but my daughter does have a habit of sneaking into my bed in the middle of the night on occasion, so it's nice to have the extra space.

I've got a full size bed. Next size down is a twin.....nooooo way...LOL :p

I slept in a twin bed for years and thought nothing of it since it gave me so much more room in the bedroom of my small apartments. However, about 10 years ago I finally decided it was time to invest in a good mattress set and also decided I deserved a "big girl" bed :) It's just the right size for me. I have plenty of room for my cat and my almost 3 YO DD to join me in bed and not feel too crowded.

One drawback I've noticed is that it seems like it's hard to find nice pattern or high-end sheet sets for full size beds - at least at the outlet stores I've checked.

I have a queen sized bed but was in a full sized one as a toddler. Seems that I liked my space from very early on.

I've got a full sized one but I'd love to move up to a king. I just love spreading out in bed. Of course I'll hate the space it takes up.

Full size. I like it and if you have an overnight guest, I don't feel to crowded at all. Queen is a little nicer but I have really nice mattresses so I'm not switching for a long time.

(No joke.)
Me too! I guess I am waiting to meet Prince Charming so wanted to make sure there is room available............without a code of course!!

I have a twin at college but had a queen size at home- and I like the twin much better! I didn't like having that much space..I rolled around too much. Now I'm very cozy and it never feels too small! :)

When I was single, I had a queen. Married, I have a full/double.

I have a king, too.

Have you tried Linens & Things? I got a nice set there the other day for $23.99. Don't know the thread count, but the pattern was really pretty. And with the 20% off coupon I had, it was an even better bargain. I washed them, put them on the bed Friday night and they look great--fit perfectly!

I have a queen size, but often wish that I had the King size. I have two more years of school... and then I'll upgrade when I move out of this house. Hopefully by that point, I'll have found prince charming.
