As a parent, how would you feel about this

Awesome idea. I am doing my last minute planning/packing for trip beginning in two days. I already found a pack of 6 bracelet-sized glow sticks that can be connected. They were $1 for a pack at the local dollar store (Dollar Tree).
I tried them out and they lasted for more than 12 hours. Since I have extra space in my luggage, I may make my back to the Dollar Tree and buy some more that my boys can give away. They will "love" that! I will make sure to ask parents first.

Also, the pack fits perfectly in a fanny pack. They are about 8" x 3" and very flat.

For your own protection, offer them to the parents (for the child), not to the child directly. Also, be sure to have enough for every child in the family. I know that in crowds, it can be hard to tell who is with whom, but if only one of my kids got a glow stick, the other two would be quite upset.

If we do happen to do a parade, I usually save a little extra space and then squeeze together a little extra and offer it to a few kids behind me. Part of the Disney Magic I think and you feel good too!!!

I appreciate all the replies with your thoughts & suggestions...thanks! I will certainly ask a parent to see if it's okay with them.

I think I'll go buy some more glow sticks so I will have a lot of extras. It won't be in the same league with Tink but maybe I can sprinkle a tiny bit of pixie dust.
