Art's Shuttle - Anyone Ever Use Them???

I just received a quote from Art's Shuttle and it is approximately $100 less than the quote that I received from Your Ride.

The gentleman I spoke to was very nice and seemed very well established and understood exactly what I needed.

What I need to know is if you have used Art's Shuttle what was your experience and are they reliable.

We are traveling with a very large family group and I want to make sure we have a transfer company that is reliable.

Hi Lisa! I've never heard of this company but just wanted to suggest you might want to post this question on the Transportation Board as well to see if folks there have heard of them.

Michelle - That is where I originally posted this exact same thing - no luck. I know I found their information on the dis board, I just can't seem to remember what forum it was on.

They were recommended to me by the reservationist at the Hampton Inn (I think). They use their services. I plan on using them in February... we have a party of 15... they said they would transport us in a 15 passenger van and pull a u-haul for our luggage! We will save quite a bit by using them.

Although, I sure would like to hear others experiences first.

Art's Shuttle (<a href="http://www.artsshuttle.com"><font color=blue>www.artsshuttle.com</font></a>) does business with the Best Western, Hampton Inn, Days Inn, Marriott Courtyard, Hilton, Clarion, and Comfort Inn. I'm guessing that they wouldn't have that large a list of quality clients if they were not a reputable company.

Thanks Dave for responding. This is a great list of hotels so I am glad I booked with them and now have peace of mind that they are reliable and priced right.
