Can someone please tell me a little about the servings here? Do they sell burgers? Is it anything like Roaring Forks @ Wilderness Lodge?

If you are talking about Artists Palette at Saratoga Springs, they have sandwiches and salads. Sandwiches are more along this line and the menu is fairly limited:

Roast beef and blue cheese, turkey and brie, ham and cheddar.

They do not have hamburgers/hot dogs.
