Artist Point dress code?

My dh and I will be dining at Artist Point next week. I am in the process of packing. I was wondering if it would be appropriate for my dh to wear a nice pair of khaki shorts (brand new) and a button front woven shirt with nice leather sandals. I think the last time we ate there, he wore long khaki pants. I don't remember what other people were wearing there. I'm trying to cut down on all of the clothing this time around.

that would be fine! when we went we dressed because it was our anniversary but there were plenty of people there in shorts and t-shirts.
