We also love Yun! We first met her on our honeymoon at Yachtsman 4 years ago, and she was there this past June when we were celebrating our anniversary. She is amazing!

She is absolutely one-of-a-kind!

I know I'm a bit late to the party here but if you happen to be up by Northborough near the Wegmans, they can get in that Camembert and the Beechers Flagship. My store has both of them right now.

OMG! Thank you SO much for telling me this -- I can absolutely get to that Wegmans, and now I have a good reason to make the trip! I sometimes get a little frustrated at how they spread out their cheese selections so that it's hard to know what they've got, but now that I know what I'm looking for....

WOW your pictures are absolutely fantastic! what kind of camera/ settings do you use?

I'm sorry -- somehow your comment slipped in here without my seeing it. I have a Nikon D7000, and usually shoot food with a 18-55mm lens (kind of my all-purpose one). I am pretty lazy about food photos -- I just usually set the camera to no flash/auto -- but I also usually shoot RAW so that I can fix color and exposure after the fact. Hope that helps!

Great Review and Pictures. AP is at the top of our haven't tried yet list, mostly because we noramlly stay at BWV and its a bit of a trek. Yun was our server at the Yachtsmen during our honeymoon and again on our last trip. I completely agree that her level of service is amazing. Best server we've had in Disney.

They don't always have the Camembert but the Beechers is actually the Wegmans Intense Cheddar. It's a co-branded product but I promise you it's made by Beechers and even says so on the label. You can also call ahead and check to make sure both are in stock and they'll set them aside for you! Just call the store number and ask for Old World Cheese, and if you do and happen to speak to Krissy, she's a good friend of mine!

So we are staying at WL in December and have only eaten at AP once before and it was just 'OK' food wise (too much salt) but wonderful service wise.
I've seen some great reviews lately so I am very tempted to give it another try

Decided to try AP in July....what a wonderful treat that was!! It is now on our must do list for future trips.
