We really want to do the Storybook Dining while were down over Labor Day and even at the 6 month mark I couldn't find any availability for it. Is there any chance of a spot opening up? I've been checking every day.

I've periodically checked and can often find reservations a few days out. May not be ideal times, but they can be found with last minute cancellations.

People change reservations all the time, just keep checking. Also, set up a reservation finder on Touring Plans (you need to create a free account, but don't need a subscription). I've gotten tons of hard to get reservations via their site. Good luck!

I didn't know my DD was interested in eating here until a few weeks after I'd made our ADRs at the 180 day mark. I set up a reservation finder on the Touring Plans site and was able to score one on a night that worked for us. So definitely try that.

I added the mid level dining plan well after our 180 day mark and this was also on my must try list. I signed up for the touring plan reservation finder and was able to snag one that way. I also checked MDE multiple times a day. Just be aware that even if you click on the link they text you within seconds of it being sent you may not get it. I was getting frustrated because it seemed no matter how quickly I signed in after getting an alert it was already gone, but then suddenly it worked so keep trying. Also, if you get an alert and don't get it make sure you go back on the site and refresh the search because once they find one they stop searching.

I highly recommend the Touring Plans reservation finder. It took me a couple of tries to get an ideal day and time, but if you're flexible you should be able to get one eventually. YMMV

I agree with PP about using TP ressie finder. It's worked for me several times. Even got Storybook Dining recently. Keep trying.

We scored reservations for Storybook Dining the week of our trip this past May. We have TouringPlans so we use their alerts, but Mouse Dining seems a lot more user friendly, and I actually like using it better for dining, and you can use it for free.

Keep checking religiously, and definitely use Mouse Dining! I also recommend being flexible with your dates/times. This will obviously help you have a better chance. Good luck!

I agree with PPs about Touring Plans - it helped me score Storybook Dining & Trattoria Bon Voyage breakfast. Storybook took several tries to get the right time frame, but it was worth it!

We have gotten both of our reservations for Storybook less than one month—one was a week before—just by checking the app 1-2 times a day. People keep cancelling and rearranging plans, so hopefully it will work out for you as well!
