Art of the theme show tour

I recently did this on the Wonder (with Houston as the tour guide). I enjoyed it. It didn't include any "shocking" revelations about the theming, but it was interesting enough and Houston did his best to entertain everyone.

The theatre and galley tours sound much more interesting, but I was told that they weren't doing either on my cruise.

I have done the tour on the Magic, Wonder and Fantasy and Enjoyed it each time. It really is interesting to hear the cast member stories about the ship, and you often find out some interesting details. I haven't yet done it on the Dream as the cruises are short, and I preferred to use the time on other things. I also appreciate the fact that the tour is accessible to people with mobility issues. Each time the cast member has made it clear that people may use the stairs or the elevator as you make your way around the ship. One of the things about the tour is if you start on it, and it's really not enjoyable for you, you can just excuse yourself.

I actually really liked it on Dream. Our guide was a blond woman from...South Africa? Maybe? She was giving Christiaan a run for his money in terms of being an amusing guide to all things Dream.

I took it recently on the Wonder. It was interesting, but my group had around 50 people. I think it's normal to have less than 20 and that would probably make it easier to see/hear everything. I agree that it doesn't really tell you much that you wouldn't already know as a cruiser, but it's something to do on a sea day.

This is a good point! You aren't tied down to the whole tour. We also had 1 woman join mid tour when she happened to see us on deck 4. Its very casual.
