Art Of Animation (LM) vs Coronado Springs (construction)

Recently changed my last couple nights to AoA to save some $ for my upcoming trip.

Currently have AoA Little Mermaid 4 nights...

Can switch to Coronado Springs 3 nights and 1 night at AS Movies.

Not too concerned with the last night as I have a real early AM flight and probably wouldnt check in until after leave parks for the day so literally have room like 8 hours.

Cost wise its basically a WASH. Within 20 dollars for 4 nights.

So long walk to room, and Value resort VS Moderate resort with closed pool and tons of contruction.

ANy thoughts.

I would always want the pool, last time I stayed at wilderness lodge and the pool was closed, we got free passes to the water park (had to ask). Really came in to say nice avatar!

When are you going and who's traveling with you? If it's just yourself or an adults trip, I would definitely switch to Coronado. The rooms were just updated, the theming and decor is much more geared towards adults than the giant icons and over the top room decor at AoA. If you have kids, then it's a different story. I think I read that the construction at Coronado isn't super intrusive right now besides the tower, but maybe someone else can confirm that.

Coronado is great! I'd do it just for the bed upgrade for three nights more than anything else.

I enjoy over the top Disney so AoA would be my choice. Throw in construction that may intrude on the magic and I would go AoA.

When Coronado construction is all done, the plans look like the resort will be amazing. That said, if you are going before the construction is finished - I'd do AoA. As long as no one in the party has mobility issues. If you're not in a preferred room at Coronado - the walk there can be quite long as well.
