I am attempting to book one night at AoA Lion King suite for Aug 28th on either a Passholder rate or a FL Res rate. It showed "available". I put in my payment info and clicked "submit". Only then did a message pop up :
"sorry, but we are unable to complete your purchase online at this time. Please call Disney at........"
It was only going to be 2 adults and an infant. Do they save these rooms for larger families. My daughter and husband wanted some separation from their 1 yr old so they didn't have to tip-toe around his napping. She is there for a conference in Orlando. Anyone ever get this message?
