Art of animation cell phone service??

We were on the first floor in a Nemo building at AoA in early December, and my husband and I both had no service on AT&T. It was pretty awful, since we split up with the kids sometimes and needed to be able to keep in touch. Even just outside of our room rarely got a signal. We loved AoA, but can't stay there again unless the problem is corrected. We moved to AKL later on that trip, and had no problems.

We are at AoA now over 2 years on (Jan 2016) and the same problem

No AT&T or T-Mobile reception in the rooms

I tried a Cars Suite and a Nemo Suite on 4th (top) floor.

Seems they still haven't installed a cell tower Close enough, so the faraday effect of the room just kills what signal is available.

Such a shame in 2016 that you have a large resort like AoA with no in room cell phone reception
