Arriving on a Thursday around 3pm via Delta...which National Car Rental side would have the best selection for a full size under emerald reserve? What is the best way to get there?

B Terminal level 1. Selection depends on cars available when you arrive; Intrepid, Impala, Century, Regal probably.
