Arriving Sunday...Is this a problem?

Arriving this Sunday with my DD and my Mom & Dad. My parents are in their 70's and not tech savvy so I manage their MDE. My parents purchased new AP's that they have not activated yet. Their room reservation, Magic Bands and Fast Pass reservations are all showing up in my MDE. For some reason when I made their room reservation a few months ago it added a new person in my MDE for them. In other words my mom is listed twice and so is my dad in my MDE. My mom is no problem her room, AP, magicband, fastpasses, etc are all listed under the same icon. The only thing under her second icon is an old expired ticket. My dad however has his room reservation and magicband listed under one icon and his AP and fastpasses are listed under the second icon. No idea why. Is this something that should be rectified or will his magicband recognize him for the room, AP and fastpasses? Has anyone experienced anything like this before?
 
I would recommend calling Disney IT prior to your arrival to see if this will cause a problem. I'm guessing you'd rather correct it now then once you arrive. 1-407-939-4357.
