I haven't made my reservation yet, but I plan to book on Disney property for one night - the night we arrive and then onto OKW for the rest of our trip.

If we don't get there until 11pm or so, will there be people to help us and will they hold our reservation?

Just wanted to be sure as we've never driven after school/work to get there and it will be late and travelling with a 7 year old.

Please advise.

thanks - Diane:confused3

You should be fine. We have arrived at 2:00 AM before and had no problems getting our room. I think if you arrive later than 6:00 AM you may have a problem, but other than that you should be fine.

We just did the same thing last week. Our flight into MCO landed about 11:15pm, we arrived at All Star Sports about 12:30am. The only problem we had was that there was only 2 castmembers at the front desk so we waited quite a while to check in. The lady in line in front of me said she hd been waiting for an hour. We had no problems actually checking in and there were about 5 people in line doing the same thing.

I am doing the same thing - arriving at WDW at 11pm and staying one night at All Stars then moving to CBR the next day. When I made my All Stars reservation I asked the CM to note "late arrival" on the reservation. She asked what time I told her probably around 11pm or so and she made a note of it. It wouldn't hurt to give them the heads up!

We have arrived at MCO at 10:30 and didn't get to the resort until after 10 pm. We had no problem with it. We did tell the reservationist that we were arriving late so they were aware.

Our flight was delayed 4.5 hours and we arrived at POR at 4:30 and had no problems checking in.

i found it much quicker because there was not a long line up and went veryh quick. I guess it helps that regular guests checking on other things won't be there in the wee hours! :goodvibes

The best part is you won't have to wait for your room to be ready. ;) There will be fewer CM's at the desk so if there is any line, you might have to wait a little bit but it still shouldn't be that bad.

You are not considered a no-show at a WDW resort until 6:00 a.m. the following day.

Your room will be held for you. There is no reason to call and notify of late arival ... but if it makes you feel better to call, there's no reason not to.
