Arriving day before, meeting DCL transportation next morning

We will be flying into MCO the day before our cruise and staying overnight at the Clarion. On the following morning, the hotel will shuttle us and our bags to the airport. What is the best way to meet up with the Disney transportation folks, since we won't be arriving from a gate? Also, if the shuttle can drop us off in more than one place, where should we direct them?

My travel docs say to "proceed to the Mears shuttle counter (located on level 1 at Orlando International Airport), and submit the enclosed coupon to the Mears representative for transportation". I hope this is easy to find, as we are doing the same thing as you. Is Mears the company Disney uses to transport their passengers, or does Disney also have its own, and Mears is "in addition to"?

Disney uses Mears as its main transport provider...They have a kiosk on Level 1, which is well-marked, right outside the baggage area...can't miss it...I didn't

I'm doing this exact thing April 2. I'll let you know where it is if you are not traveling before then!! Hopefully, it will be easy to find!

We are cruising on the Wonder April 18. I would appreciate your comments after your cruise.

I am not familiar with MCO, but most airports have several terminals, concourses and doors. Where should we be dropped off to be close to this Mears counter?

VERY EASY TO DO... and if u get confused just look for the blue sport jackets that say Disney Criuse line they will show u the way.... Cant miss em...
