We are sailing at the end of the month with our daughter, her husband their kids and her in-laws.
If we leave for the port before my daughter and take the kids, will we be able to board with them if we are not in the same stateroom this time? We have adjoining rooms but there are not on our reservation.

TIA

I'm not sure if it works the same (since they are children). I know that everyone in a room can check in separately, usually. But, are the kids minors? Not sure they would let them check in without an adult that's in their room also being there.

Yes, they are 9 & 7, I guess we will have to call. We want to get to the port early and we don't want to force anyone else to have rush. We like to board ASAP. I know the kids will be sad if we go without them.

Thank you.

Unfortunately I think the answer is no, technically the kids are not traveling with you and in a separate cabin, therefore you can not check them in and you have not authorization to check them in.

If this is very important to you, you might call Disney and see if you can switch two of the adults. Put your daughter in your room, and switch one of you to her room, that way you're on the reservation with the children.

We just got off the Fantasy yesterday and there indeed was a form that would allow you to do that. You can confirm that easily enough with a call to customer service.

SO SORRY! I misread your original post. I thought you were asking about taking them off in a particular port. I do not believe that you can check them in without adults in the same cabin.
