Arrive SNA at noon, 2pm lunch res?

Looking at landing SNA at noon and would like to do a solo lunch at Carthay. I figure out of SNA by 12:45, at DLH by 1:30pm, DCA by 2pm. Sound doable? I have no SNA experience. Normally I wouldn't do a res like this on arrival day but the friend joining me that evening for the rest of the trip won't want to do Carthay & I love it).

While technically doable traffic will probably through a wrench in it. I would not do it.

You also should allow enough time for at least minor flight delays.

If you only take carry-on and don't have to wait for luggage, it's possible.
If you're seated in the front of the plane, even better.
Taxi's are lined up outside the baggage claim and it takes no time at all.

If traffic isn't an issue, you'll be to the hotel in 20 to 25 minutes.

May be doable but you will be very rushed is everything goes perfectly. I travel very efficiently and I now will not book anything sooner than three hours from wheels down.

The check in process, getting into room, freshen up, then making you way into the parks takes more time than you think it would.

Wow, that tight of a schedule would stress me out. I'll be arriving at LAX at 1pm on a Wednesday, and I'm a little nervous having a 6pm reservation. I should have plenty of time, but I still think about possible delays. Good luck!

We fly into SNA with a noon arrival as our typical flight time and 3pm is a much better time for a reservation. I don't think that 2pm would be doable at all...have a great trip!

Consider the possibility of losing $10 if you miss the reservation time due to a delayed flight.
