Hello all!
This will be our family's first trip (DH, DD age 7, and 2 DS ages 5 and almost 3) to DW and my first time since 1999! We are very excited! We are also traveling with my parents and sister who are staying part of the week.
We are staying at my aunt's timeshare (Sheraton Vistana Resort) for the first week then we booked 3 additional nights at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort.
We are arriving to MCO at 9:53am and I'm pretty sure our hotel room will not be ready so early. I am thinking of heading to MK on arrival day. Especially since my sister will only be with us for the first 3 days.
My concern is that we will most likely be up at 2:00am to hit the road at 3:00am for our 7:00am flight. I'm worried that heading to a park will be a bit much for my 3 kids. I guess we could always head there for a few hours, leave the park to check in and relax, then head back to the park for some evening fun. Does that seem like it would be too much for young kids? I'm hoping that all the seasoned Disney travelers out there could provide some advice/input. Thanks in advance!!
