Arrival day ritual/routine?

Ok, there needs to be photos or a travel blog or more to tell than just "I forced my GF to AK so I can propose". I'm guessing that since you did the rest of the ritual she said yes?

here is a couple hope they work ! and yes it was defiantly tough since we love to explore the resort and this year though we stayed at AKL which she has always wanted to stay at. I had to convince her to go to Ak real quick to go on Kali River Rapids since we never been on it before.
AK was the first park we ever visited together and where i proposed was the spot we took our first picture together. SHE said yes and possible Disney wedding 2015!

We arrive late Saturday night. If we're not too tired after a 13 hour drive we might head to DTD.
Sunday we're going to try and take in any of the Christmas decorations still up. Cinderella castle and Osborne Lights hopefully. We bumped our trip up by a day just to see the lights.
We have a first timer coming with us so I think we should start with MK so he can see the castle first.

For us, we always get an early morning flight and arrive at our resort usually by 1:00 PM. From there we head to DTD, stroll around, get a light snack and get into the spending mood. Later in the day we always have an ADR for Narcoossee's and watch the EWP and Wishes while there. And if not too tired, we will head over to the MK for a few hours, catch a few rides and just take in the whole awe of being back in WDW.
