Arrival day lunch ADR (AKL Sanaa from MCO)

Our Southwest flight lands at 11:15am at MCO on a Wednesday in late May. We will have to pick up checked bags and the rental car. The plan is to head straight to Sanaa @ AKL for our 12:55pm lunch ADRs (we are staying at CSR). Do you think this enough time to make it to our lunch ADR (assuming flights aren't delayed) or am I being overly optimistic?

We have similar flight times (11:05), though we are arriving at the end of April. We also will make Sanaa our lunch that day, but I scheduled for 2pm based on the wait time we had for bags on our November '22 trip. It was lightning and they won't unload luggage if there is lightning (who knew?). Anyway, just to be safe, I booked Sanaa for 2pm....just in case. So many variables. I hope it all works out and that you have a great trip!

As reliable as I find Southwest to be, remember-your flight's supposed to land at that time. Reality may differ. That's why I never make reservations for that day until AFTER my flight lands. Hopefully, there's something at Sanaa about an hour later than originally scheduled. Otherwise, 12:55 is super-tight.
