Arrival Date problems!

Hello there everyone! I just paid my Disney college program fee and I received the email to select my arrival date. My role is custodial but, I didn't see anything for custodial. I'm getting scared and nervous now. Did anyone else have this problem? I emailed someone already at Disney when I came across this issue.

Hello!

When I came to the 'select program dates' page it showed options for different positions. I can not remember which ones they were, but for example some said "Attractions Only" or "Front Gate Only".
The last selection said "All other positions except attraction, front gate, etc."

I am a CP fall advantage for photopass. Since there was not a "Photopass Only" section I choose the "All other positions" section. I hope this makes sense!:thumbsup2

If there is not a "Custodial Only" section, then you would pick "All other positions".

Lifeguard roles only
and all other roles minus custodial.

there was no option to pick all other positions or custodial. I'm getting really nervous because, my application expires Wednesday and I have already paid all my fees. Should I just pick the date I want even though my role isn't listed?

Oh No! I'm sorry!

I don't know what I would do, but your idea, sounds the best especially since your app. expires on Wednesday! Then maybe you could get it sorted out at WDW/DLR (where ever you are going) or sort it out via email if they reply.

I'm going to WDW and I emailed them already. I plan on calling tomorrow morning when their offices are open. I just hope they give me an answer or I'm just going to pick the day I want.

It could be that they have all the custodial folks they need for that particular day, did you look at the other available check in days? I know my daughter had to resort to a third choice to get her position listed as available.

That could be it too. But, there were only five days in total to pick from and none of the roles were custodial. I heard it was a glitch in their system and other people had this issue too.
 
It turns it out, their computer system was glitching and other people were having the same problem! I got my arrival date which is Sept 2nd my role is custodial!
