My sister and I are debating over these tickets for our upcoming trip and I know someone can give us the correct

This ticket option:
Four-Day Park Hopper Tickets plus the Water Park and More Option for $198.00

This means 4 days in a either parks or water parks, correct? Or does it mean 4 days in a park AND an additional 5th day in a waterpark? We'll see which of us is right LOL.

It means 4 days in the main parks plus 4 entries into a water park, disney quest, etc. Those entries do not have to be on the same days that you go to the main parks. You can essentially stretch this ticket to 8 days if you wanted.

If you are really into the water parks, this is a good deal. The only issue that I would have with it is that we would probably only spend a few hours in the water park, and we like to park hop so we always go with the park hopper AFS tickets.

Agreed, I'm sure most people don't stretch it to 8 days for this reason. I mainly just mentioned that so the OP could have a better idea of how the ticket worked... namely, that the WPFM entries are totally separate from the park entries.

They can be linked to your MDX immediately if your base has them in stock. Luke AFB had to order them so I had to wait a week to get them. Once I had them, I could scan the bar code in with my phone app (I couldn't figure out which number to type in to make them work that way). Then I had to wait till I was 60 days out to make my FP+ selections.

But OP is getting park hopper AND WP&M. Plus it's not just the water parks. It also includes Disney Quest and miniature golf. So you could take two extra days and go to a water park then do Disney Quest at night. Or three extra days and spend a day each at each of the water parks and the third day could be golf and Disney Quest. There are lots of options to make this worth the extra money.

you can add them to MDE even if you just have vouchers. once there, Guest Services can then add them to your MagicBand.
