Armed Forces Salute Ticket & Fast Pass Question

If we will be using the Armed Forces Salute tickets, does that mean I can not book any Fast Passes until we get them activated when we arrive?? I understand that you get the voucher and then get the actual pass when you activate them at the gates. Thanks for any help!

you can enter the voucher number in mde to make your fast pass selection,then You can activate them at customer services when you arrive...
