Hi all! I hope someone here can help me. In the past year, I've lost almost 45 pounds, through general diet and exercise. I'd like to start "toning" now. Does anyone have any good arm exercises for toning? Specifically, for the upper arm "wave" (as I like to call it). You know it...that extra skin underneath that "waves" when you lift your arm??
I don't expect to get rid of it completely, but anything that can help tone it up a bit would be a big help. So, any ideas? Any links you can provide? Any and all suggestions are extremely appreciated!!!
