Ariving at PBR on 6/19-6/20

There will be a media event around Diagon alley. Do you think they will let hotel guest in to the attraction or do think it will be closed to the public.
I wish I had know about this when I booked I think I would have picked other dates to visit. Do you think the rest of the parks will be crazy busy do to the media event. I am so fretting.

Those are rumoured Diagon Alley opening days. It's hard to tell how insane it will be.

Looking at crowds just to get into the park for the WWoHP opening make me think that even getting into the park will be a nightmare!

Not to worry you, but I was there in 2010 from the opening of Hogsmead. They had a press event 2 nights before the grand opening. The park didn't open for anyone that day expect those attending the event (not even packages guest that were promised the 1 hour early entry). The other days of our visit we did have the hour early and a few hours of soft opening at different times through out the day.

Oh gosh, that must've been disappointing! At what point did you find out the park was going to be closed that day? We're going June 14-16, which I think is just before the media event. So far the hours on the June calendar look ok for our timeframe but I hope we're not in for changes...
