since we are celebrating my daughters first birthday when we are there in august i was looking at going here for breakfast with the princesses since i have never done it. my question is is it the same as say goofys kitchen where its a buffet ? im a little confused with the description online !!

If it isnt a buffet I think i will book a different character breakfast since buffets are the easiest with 4 kids !! (in my opinion :) )

No, not a buffet. Three course meal. Starter is choice between soup or salad, dessert platter is a set variation. Several choices for main course.

It is not a buffet...Here are your breakfast options...

Breakfast Sandwich - eggs with hickory-smoked bacon, avocado, and California aged cheddar on a croissant served with hash browns and Bircher muesli

Fresh Berry Belgian Waffle - with hickory-smoked bacon or sausage and Bircher Muesli

All-American Breakfast - scrambled eggs, hash browns, and choice of hickory-smoked bacon or sausage and Bircher Muesli

Freshly brewed Joffrey's coffee, hot tea
Hot cocoa, 1% or chocolate milk

Our favorite is Minnie & Friends at Plaza Inn in Disneyland! Last time we went we saw 10 characters! We are going again in June and can't wait!

My favorite part of this meal is that it isn't a buffet. No up and down and juggling plates a server brings your food to you and you never risk missing the characters.

I agree - when my kids were younger, I would seek out the non-buffet restaurants just so we weren't up and down the whole meal.
