I would like to take my 7 yr old granddaughter to Ariel's Grotto for lunch on Feb. 22 to see the Princesses. Does anyone know why I can't make a reservation online? Can anyone suggest another place to see the Princesses if Ariels is not available?
Also, what is the best way to see the Princesses from Frozen? She loves them! Ps I wouldn't mind seeing Olaf :)
We're also there the following day (Feb. 23) which hopefully won't be as busy.
Thank you for your help!

The daily operating schedule is only posted through February 4th, but I saw that Ariel's Grotto is listed under "Closed for Refurbishment" list starting on February 2nd. So it's possible that it will still be closed for a refurb at the end of the month. I haven't really heard much about the refurb at AG, but it's something to keep in mind.

Can anyone suggest another place to see the Princesses if Ariels is not available?
I don't know if they move the princesses to some other location while AG is closed, but you can usually find a variety of princesses at Fantasy Faire in DL. It's not a character meal, but the M&G usually has three princesses. I've seen Ariel there a few times and she is sometimes out near the entrance to DL.

They're now greeting guests at DCA in the Animation Academy building. You can get a Return Ticket to meet them (like a FP, but for a much shorter time window and it's non-transferable). Unless things change markedly, they only accept a handful of walk-up guests (right at opening) and after that only guests with RT get to meet Anna and/or Elsa. Olaf is also meeting guest in DCA as part of Frozen Fun. It has begun it's soft opening, but the full Frozen Fun won't kick off until 1/7. At that point, the process of meeting Olaf should stabilize.

I tried to make a reservation this morning it's closed until the 27th. I'm pretty disappointed. I had to do goofy's kitchen as our character meal instead.

Me too. I am trying to find out if the princesses are dining elsewhere (they are moving the Storytellers breakfast during their refurb next month, so it seems possible). This was high on our must do list. I booked at Storytellers for now, but hoping they move the princesses for the refurb. Wine Country Trattoria could work!
