I found on the Disney website that the picnic lunch for WOC can only be purchased 30 days before hand. How about the Ariel'd Grotto meal that comes with the preferred seating? When you reserve there?

They usually accept reservations 90 days from today's date. That being said, we have called the day of and gotten reservations. Since we are local, we figure if we can't get in that day, we will come back.

Just to be clear - there is no "preferred seating". There is "preferred standing". Read more here on this here:

60 days not 90.

60 days not 90.
Last time we called, the prerecorded message said they were accepting reservations up to 90 days from today's date, I don't know if it was a mistake or change in policy, I just know it sounded different so I actually listened. I don't usually pay too much attention, as most of the time we book at most about two days ahead and that is only at the most popular locations.

I'm not sure I'm understanding what you're asking here. WOC picnic meals can be purchased up to the day before the event.

The schedule isnt out that far in advance. Heck the calendar isn't even posted 60 days in advance. Meal reservations have been 60 days for several years now.
