Does anyone know approx how late lunch runs at AG in summer?

Also, it appears that AG doesn't open until DCA opens. Is that correct?

EDIT - MORE QUESTIONS BELOW. Thanks! :)

Last lunch seating is 3:30. After that they open for WOC dinner packages at 5 I think.

They moved my lunch to 3:40 PM, just FYI. :confused3 I think someone here had also posted a 3:40 seating, but I will quintuple-check when I call them AGAIN tomorrow. (Since every time I've called so far, something's been changed since I last called, and/or wrong...)

I just called. It was a pretty bad call - the CM didn't seem to be on the ball. He answered, I said I wanted to check availability at AG's at ... and he put me on hold for 4 minutes. He also tried to schedule me for the wrong day, as well as asked me 4 times about the size and make up of my party. I told him I wanted a late lunch, but he gave me times all the way in to the 5 pm hour. So I'm definitely calling back just to check!

Right now, in theory, I have a 3:30 pm lunch ressie for the day we arrive in Cali. I wanted something closer to 3, but it was either 3:30 or 2:40, and our plane comes in (supposedly) at noon. We'll be hungry since we'll still be on east coast time. Just trying to knock the princesses out. DD has gone princess crazy in the past few weeks.

He also said there was a 48 hour cancellation policy, but it's not secured with a CC, so how in the world would that be enforced?

And how do they/are they going to handle the switchover from character meal to non-character meal?

AG is set up differently then other character meals in that the princesses don't come and go freely. Everyone is sat then they start announcing each princess. The princess makes the rounds to each table and leaves. For example, After one princess gets to table #3 or 4 then the next princess is announced. So there are set times for seatings.

The cancellation time is a courtesey.

I've never heard of the cancellation policy, so :confused3

As far as the switch-over, it is my understanding that the latest lunch is 3:30 or I guess 3:40 (like I said, I'll call tomorrow and make sure 3:40 is OK :flower3: ) and then they'll kind of "phase out" the princesses before they start WoC dining at 5 PM.

Ahhhh.... Okay, that makes sense, then. Feeling much better!

I thought it was probably just a courtesy request, but like I said, this was not the best call ever with a CM.

Thanks for all the input for everyone! I wasn't feeling too good about this last night.
