Arghh help!! Contemporary or Wilderness Lodge?

Ok.... I need some help on a decision.... I'm trying to plan a special evening which includes extra magic hours at the MK. I've found two rates that are about the same, one is for a standard room club level at Wilderness Lodge and the other is for a Tower Room at the Contemporary... but no club level there. I wonder if we would really just sit outside and stare at MK from the balcony to justify the price or if we would get a bigger bang for our buck by staying Club Level at Wilderness.... acckkkkkk!!!! Help!!!!!

My vote would go to the Contemporary and after looking at this picture, how can you say no to making a reservation for a Tower Magic Kingdom view?

Depends on how much you want to spend - if you just want your basic room, go with WL standard view - a stand view at CP will be about $60-80 more. It's your choice..........or heck, even split it up. Do a couple nights at WL and CP each.....

I would go with the CR tower view. Club level at WL (which I love, BTW) just doesn't compare.

If we did the CR Tower I would totally do in-room dining for breakfast just to sit out on the balcony and look at the Kingdom.

I was flipflopping a bit ago after I made our reservation at the Contemporary Tower MK view. I was maybe going to change it, but then after you see the pictures of the rooms and the view, along with the convenience I said Nope I am leaving it. So off to CR in June and I am so glad I didn't change it Good luck with whatever you decide and have a great trip.

Definitely the CR! That picture looks great and I really want to stay there, but we can't agree on resorts as easily as other families...

I took that picture from room #4840, which is on the 12th floor.

Also incase you were thinking of requesting that floor, that is the Atrium Club Level floor and unless you have a reservation for Club Level at the Contemporary, that floor can not be requested. It's the same for the Tower Club Level 14th floor. So if you wanted to stay as high as possible with the Magic Kingdom view, the 11th floor would be the floor to request.

I think you made the right decision to keep your reservation, so have a great time.

Contemporary!!!! The view is unbelievable, it is even better in person! Plus you have the monorail, newly renovated rooms.....WL dosent compare. (no offence to WL people)
