Argghhh ... bought the WRONG decorative scissors

Was at WDW last week and picked up a pair of the Mickey decorative scissors at MK. Later I decided to buy a pair to give my DIL as a gift ... so I bought a second pair at the Memories store in DTD.

Tonight I pulled them out and discovered that they aren't Mickey scissors ... OH NO!!! They just cut a squiggly edge ... I'm an idiot ... didn't even think about the fact that they might sell other types of decorative scissors.

Oh well, just I'll just have to head back to FL and exchange them, LOL!

I think that is a perfectly legitimate exuse, uh, reason to book another trip!

You should be able to return them to the Disney Store at the mall, ie (Pentagon City, Tysons Corner, Dulles Town Center) since you are from the Northern VA area. I know they take returns from the parks there. You could also order them through the Disney Merchandising Order number. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the info ... but I think I'm just going to go ahead and give them to my DIL ... it makes a good laugh and we'll be going back to WDW next summer and I can buy her the "real" scissors then ...

Not to mention I stuck all my receipts in a "safe" place and heaven only knows when I'll find them again ... LOL!
