Sky+ box lost all the recorded programmes. Spent 15 minutes waiting to get through to technical services.
Did the usual re-set the box. Then was talked through a complete system re-set.
Upshot is we have a hard disk fault which surprise, surprise is now not in warrenty. They want £65 call-out to come and look at it. Of course we would have to spend all day waiting in for engineer.
Think I'll be cheaper buying a 2nd hand box
