I've made my ADRs for my August trip but I'm feeling a little blue about not going to Crystal Palace and Boma.

The only restaurants we are repeating are Le Cellier (husbands choice) and Donald's Breakfastasaurus (DS5 choice). My favorites from my last trip are Boma and Crystal Palace but since I wanted to try Chef Mickeys and Spoodles I had to let them go.

Do you try all new places or do you just return to favorites?

Here are our ADRs for our Aug 27-Sep 3 trip.
Sunday Chef Mickeys dinner
Monday Spoodles dinner
Tuesday Whispering Canyon Dinner
Wed Hollywood and Vine Character Breakfast
Thur Le Cellier Lunch
Fri Donald's Breakfastasaurus and FDP Mama Melrose
Sat No TS planned

We are struggling with this, too. We are going back to O'Hana's since that was one of our faves, but all the others are new. This time we are trying Liberty Tree, Hoop Dee Doo, Olivia's, Biergarten, and Teppanyaki. They all sound good but I'll miss Chef Mickey's the castle. Who knows...maybe I'll add those on for breakfast one day :)

We're gonna do both. We are going back to restaurants we like (or i like :) )like Brown Derby and The Biergarten. But, we are also trying some new restaurants like 1900 and the Japanese restaurant.

We always do a mix of new restaurants and favorites. For our October trips we are trying for the first time:

Chef Mickey's
1900 Park Faire

Favorites we are revisiting:

Sci Fi (a must-do every trip!)
Kona Cafe
Rainforest Cafe

Biergarten doesn't fall in either category - It'll be a repeat for me but a first time visit for the rest of my family.

We'll hit some of our favorites that we're missing in October when we go back for a longer trip in June 2007. We also have a list of new restaurants to try in June.

We're trying some new ones in September and I'm still struggleing with it,

We are trying
Tony's
Spoodles
Garden Grill
Chefs De France

Favorites are
California Grill
Le Cellier
Kona
Concourse

We're doing mostly new restaurants this time - I want to try new places. Last year we went to: Chef Mickeys, Bomas, Concourse Steakhouse, Kona Cafe, Grand Floridian Cafe, and CRT.
This year we have ADR's at: Chef Mickeys, LeCellier, Narcossees, Whispering Canyon Cafe, 1900 Park Faire, and Hollywood & Vine.
We all loved Chef Mickeys last year and all 4 of us want to go again this year, but this is the only one we are repeating - everything else is new. We don't want to use 2 credits for CRT this year (and DH did not like it last year) so we're trying 1900 this time. A couple of people I work with went to WDW earlier this year and both raved about LeCellier, so I can't want to try that one. A couple of my friends also told me that thought our 2 DDs would like WCC. And I've heard good things about Narcossees, so DH and I will try to have a nice romantic dinner there - our DDs will be at the kids club. The only one I'm thinking of changis is H&V - I've heard mixed reviews on this one; we booked it as part of the Fantasmic dinner package.

Been to and Doing Again:

1900 Park Fare
San Angel Inn
Le Cellier
Concourse Steakhouse

First time this August:

Boma
Les Chefs De France
Ohana

We are adventurous - only returning to one favorite:

San Angel; our new ones are:

ESPN
KONA
Flying Fish
LeCellier
Calif Grill
Spoodles WE CANT WAIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! for all the new ones :cool1:

We try to go to one we haven't been too, each trip.

I get blue when not trying my tried and true favorites, too. Last time it was Boma, and this time, I am definitely going back!!! But we try to have at least one new restaurant in our itinerary, but our cores usually don't change. I think your ADRs look great!

This is such a hard choice, but I like that you are doing a mix of both favorites and trying new things. At WDW, trying new things is always a good idea :) Spoodles is excellent, but Chef Mickey's dinner is something I wouldn't plan because while CM's breakfast is delicious, I have not heard ANY good dinner reviews! I always hear it's terrible for dinner. So you may want to replace that one with one of your favorites. :)

Have a magical trip! :wizard:

We're mostly trying new places. Our only repeats are Crystal Palace for breakfast, Beaches & Cream, and Le Cellier.

Our new places:
Whispering Canyon Cafe
Spirit of Aloha luau
Artist Point
Coral Reef
Cape May Cafe breakfast
Hollywood & Vine Playhouse Disney breakfast
Spoodles
Sci-Fi for lunch
O'hana

I can't wait to try all of the new places!!

We are repeating: :thumbsup2
Ohana's
1900 Park Fare
Boma
Cape May
Mama Melrose

Trying :cheer2:
Chef Mickey's (for dinner did breakfast last time it was a lot of fun)
Princess Storybook BF at Akershus
Le Cellier (heard so many good reviews)
Crystal Palace (dinner)

It was so hard to choose that we added on two extra days. There are still so many I'd like to try but they will have to wait for our next trip.

Disney Wonder / Vero Beach March '06
POFQ Aug' 05
Plus numerous trips to Disneyland 1972-1992

We are trying out all new TS's this time with the exception of Boma for breakfast. Its DH's favorite and since he is paying he gets at least one favorite for being such a good sport!

This time we are trying: Boatwrights, Crystal Palace, 1900 Park Fair, WCC and Tony's. Hope they were as good as last time. I really wanted to go back to Ohana but my crew decided they didn't want to go back!

We're doing a mix of old and new. I am sad we're missing Boma this time too.

Only repeating O'Hana.

This year we are doing:
Concourse Steakhouse
Boma
Norway Princess lunch
Maya Grill
O'Hana
Coral Reef
Chef Mickey

We are doing a mix of new and old places. I wanted to do all new places but I just have to do some of our fav too. Plus the kids had their say and wanted to do some of their fav.

New: 1900 Park Fare
Ohana
Planet Hollywood

Old: Mama Melrose
CP
Le cellier
Nine Dragon
San ? -Mexico
LTT
Garden Grill

Ok, so more old then new I guess.

We are doing a mix of old and new:

Old:

Sci-Fi - It isn't my favorite, but a must see for my dad who is going for the first time
LeCellier - this is one of our definate favorites. It will be on my list everytime
Spoodles - Outstanding food

New:

Ohana for dinner
Crystal Palace for breakfast
Kona for dinner
Rose and Crown for dinner

I am excited to try new places. I think once you get those favorites, you will always want to stick with them. It is also fun and a necessity for me to try new places. When you go for free dining (which I am), you don't feel so bad about not loving a place.

We're on a mission to try all the places in the World so we don't keep a list of favorites. There are too many good places to try!

We are repeating 2 restaurants because we're taking my ILs and it's my MILs choice for a character breakfast (PSB) and DH just has to try Raglan Road again. Other than that - all new!

New ones:
Kona for dinner (we have done breakfast)
Spoodles
Jiko
Coral Reef
LeCellier
Concourse

It's a mix for us...three new and three old. This way we get to try new things...but we won't miss out on stuff we already love.
