Thanks for the ambi choice. My mom and I are ambidextrous and it sure has come in handy during my lifetime. When I was in college, I was in a pretty serious motorcycle accident. My right shoulder and arm (broken wrist) were in a sling and cast for most of my second semester junior year. So I simply switched to left-handed mode. It took very little effort to do so.
When I'm not injured, I am a right-handed eater and writer, but am predominantly left-handed (or footed) when it comes to sports.
When my right arm was in a cast, I did learn that I could get around pretty well without the use of my thumb. I used my fingers like tweezers and picked things up between them. I still sometimes find myself picking up popcorn that way.
Looks like the DIS has a definite lack of lefties. At least when I answered the poll.
