Are you on the DDP question

When I called for ADRs for an upcoming trip, I was asked if I was on the DDP. Do they have a certain % of tables for DDP vs non DDP patrons?

No, they are required by the computer to ask that stuff. They wanted to know where I was staying, when we were coming, were we coming to Disney on the 1st day of our trip or where we visiting elsewhere. Stuff that would make sense to check if you can do the 180+, and stuff that I think is survey get to know your crowd info.

Not that I am aware of, but remember Disney is a business and they already have data from sales how many DDP their selling (revenue) so then they need to track the utilization (expense) to make business decisions of the program and/or restaurant.

Its to let the restaurant knows, and so they can let the server know. This way the server can direct you as to whats included and whats not. This prevents less than smart guests from ordering $100 bottles of wine, $30 stakes for kids, etc and then thinking its all included.

I think another reason is they tell you now how many Table Service credits the restaurant is. That's probably a good idea, so people don't get shocked to find out things like CRT is 2 credits after they've already eaten.

When I made our ADRs last week, I booked Narcoosees (among others...), and the CM never mentioned that it was a 2 TS restaurant...

Really? Each time I've called, they informed me how many TS credits the restaurant was. Probably depends on the CM you get.
