I can't pull the skin off the chicken and just leave it there on the plate, no way! That's the best part!!!
On prime rib I usually eat just a little bit of the fat, one or two teensy little bites of it is all. Not ALL of the fat.
I don't like my bacon cooked to a crisp, I like a little of that delicious fat left on!! *oink oink*
